Terrarium (Bottle Gardening)
Is a transparent container carrying a collection of small plants with a little landscaping with miniatures and pebbles.They are of 2 types:
Closed Terrarium-
The plants and the soil in this release water vapour. The vapour is then collected onto the walls of the vessels as trickles down to the soil.They are self nourishing and require very little maintenance.
Open Terrrarium-
They are better for dry weather plants like cacti and succulents and will need to be misted with water a few times a week.They should be kept away from heat sources as too much heat might cause the plants to wilt and die.
